Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and j2888 ("j2888", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at j2888.net and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By completing the j2888 account registration process, by accessing any area of the j2888 platform that requires an account, or by placing any bet or wager through j2888 services, you conclusively confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must immediately cease using j2888 services. Eligibility Requirements

Account Registration and Maintenance

When registering a j2888 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration flow. You undertake to keep all account information current and accurate throughout the life of your account.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j2888 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any other person. j2888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Notification of breach: You must notify j2888 immediately via the live support channel if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your j2888 account.

Account currency: All j2888 accounts operated by Pakistani users are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j2888 does not apply additional currency conversion charges. The account currency cannot be changed after registration.

Inactivity: A j2888 account that has not been accessed for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. j2888 reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 from inactive accounts that hold a positive balance, following 30 days' written notice to the registered mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance following 24 months of inactivity may be closed.

Deposits and Payment Methods

j2888 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Raast/1LINK instant transfers. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at j2888's discretion and without prior notice.

Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 50 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period; current limits are displayed within your j2888 account settings at the time of deposit.

Accepted funds: You warrant that all funds deposited to j2888 are legitimately yours, obtained through lawful means, and not the proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity. j2888 is required to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations under its international gaming license and will report suspicious deposit activity to the relevant authorities.

Deposit processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your j2888 wallet immediately upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be credited, subject to the sending bank's processing schedule.

No credit: j2888 does not extend credit to players. You may only wager funds that are currently available in your j2888 wallet.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the j2888 account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. j2888 reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative methods in cases where the original deposit method is no longer available.

Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200 per transaction.

Processing time: j2888 targets processing of all withdrawal requests within 10 minutes of submission. Actual receipt of funds will depend on the receiving payment provider's processing time. j2888 does not guarantee specific delivery times but operates a 24/7 withdrawal processing team to minimise delays.

KYC prior to withdrawal: j2888 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds Rs 500,000, where unusual account activity is detected, or where AML compliance obligations require it. KYC requirements may include submission of a government-issued national ID card (CNIC), proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation.

Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's terms. Only funds that have met applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Requesting a withdrawal of bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Withdrawal fees: j2888 does not charge withdrawal fees on any Pakistani payment method. Third-party fees charged by receiving banks or payment providers are outside j2888's control and may be deducted by the receiving institution.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

j2888 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions in this section and any additional specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

Wagering requirements: All bonus awards are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements applicable to each specific promotion will be communicated clearly at the time of the offer. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.

Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Casino slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports bets, and table games may contribute at lower rates. The specific contribution percentages for each game category are displayed in the bonus terms for each promotion.

One bonus per promotion: Players are entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless otherwise specified. Duplicate claims — including through multiple accounts — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

j2888 discretion: j2888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. j2888 further reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer from any player who j2888 reasonably believes is abusing the promotional system.

Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on j2888, including cricket (PSL, international), football, UFC, and all other sports markets offered on the platform.

Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until j2888's system has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. j2888 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to where: the odds were materially incorrect due to a technical error; the event has already commenced at the time the bet is placed; suspicious or coordinated betting activity is detected; or applicable limits have been exceeded.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Current limits are displayed within the j2888 sports betting interface at the time of bet placement.

Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body or j2888's designated results provider. In the event of a discrepancy, j2888's records will be used as the primary reference. Where an official result is disputed, j2888 may delay settlement until the result is confirmed.

Void bets: Bets will be voided and stakes returned in the event that: an event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; the event format is significantly altered after bet placement; or the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds or market offered.

In-play betting: Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events including PSL cricket and major football matches. In-play bets are subject to a brief delay to allow j2888's systems to verify the current match state. j2888 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

Casino and Game Rules

Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, j2888 will use server-side records to determine the outcome of the interrupted round. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j2888 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one j2888 account;
• Accessing j2888 services while subject to an active self-exclusion agreement;

Intellectual Property

All content available on the j2888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, data feeds, and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of j2888 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j2888 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute j2888 content; use j2888 branding or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent; create derivative works based on j2888 platform software or game content; or commercially exploit any aspect of the j2888 platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j2888's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of j2888 services — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net deposits made by you to your j2888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j2888 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for: loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; indirect or consequential losses; losses arising from internet service interruptions, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment provider outages; or losses resulting from your failure to keep your j2888 account credentials secure.

j2888 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that access to j2888 services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Account Suspension and Termination

Termination by you: You may request closure of your j2888 account at any time by contacting j2888 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance of legitimately deposited and wagered funds (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any required KYC verification.

Termination by j2888: j2888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time if: you breach any provision of these Terms; j2888 is required to do so by regulatory or legal obligation; j2888 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; or your continued use of j2888 services poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Effect of termination: Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, j2888 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the breach and permitted under applicable law. j2888 will provide written notification of any such forfeiture decision.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j2888 holds its gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of j2888 services, you are encouraged to first contact j2888 support to seek resolution through j2888's internal complaints procedure.

Internal complaints: All complaints must be submitted in writing to j2888 support via the live chat or email channel. j2888 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

External dispute resolution: If j2888's internal complaints procedure does not resolve your dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by j2888's licensing authority. Amendments to These Terms

j2888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective from the date they are published on this page, which will bear a revised "Last Updated" date. Where j2888 considers a change to be material, j2888 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the contact information registered to your account.

Your continued use of j2888 services following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using j2888 services and request account closure as provided under Section 12.
